President Donald J. Trump recently announced the nomination of Ben Flowers to serve on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. We celebrate Ben and congratulate the President on a great choice.

Ben was made to be a judge. He has one of the best legal minds in the country, is committed to the rule of law, and shares the values of everyday Americans. Ben farms maple syrup in his backyard, lives and dies with the Buckeyes, and still drives around in a used red pickup truck.

Ben embodies what ABKF is all about. We’ll miss him as a colleague. But celebrate him as a friend, knowing that our loss is the country’s gain.
