ABKF files Supreme Court brief on behalf of United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

Ben Flowers and Ben White filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). The case presents the question whether Oklahoma may constitutionally exclude religious schools from charter-school programs open to secular private schools. The brief argues that the answer is “no.” And it supports this argument with historical evidence of the important role that private, religious schools, especially Catholic schools, have played in the American educational system.  ABKF is proud to represent the USCCB in this matter.  You can read the brief here.
