Lisa S. Koo

Lisa S. Koo is a thoughtful advisor whose diligence protects clients in the modern marketplace. Lisa spent many years serving as in-house counsel for a natural gas producer where she worked across the business and developed a reputation for uncommon conscientiousness. In her role, Lisa drafted a wide range of commercial agreements and developed a practical, business-focused, approach.

Lisa has also worked in the buy-side M&A environment and has experience with web-based businesses—including experience with SaaS and software license agreements. Her diligence and experience serve clients well in the evolving marketplace of modern business. And she enjoys helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity, practicality, and a selfless work ethic.

Lisa is a graduate of UCLA School of Law. She lives in Galena, Ohio, with her husband and their dog.
