Benjamin C. White
Benjamin C. White (“Ben”) is a committed advocate and advisor focused on results. He represents clients in complex disputes and advises them through business and regulatory challenges.
Ben has served as lead counsel on cases in both state and federal court. And Ben has helped guide clients through interactions with the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation. In serving clients, he draws upon his experience with regulatory agencies, as well as his knowledge of business and commercial law, constitutional law, antitrust, and intellectual property.
Ben attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was the editor-in-chief of the Cincinnati Law Review. After law school, he clerked for Justice Pat DeWine on the Supreme Court of Ohio and Judge Matt McFarland on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He practices law because he loves to see his clients succeed.
He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and three children.
