Our History

Why we do what we do.

Our Firm was founded in 2018 to provide sophisticated legal services for closely held businesses and to serve our local communities. Joey, Jamie, and Ben grew up working alongside their fathers in the family business, and Julie learned firsthand from her immigrant father about working hard to achieve the American dream. We know the grind of running your own business and what it takes to fight for a better life. We discovered that the modern American legal market is rigid and underserves people like us.
